The following terms apply in these conditions:
Withdrawal Period: The period within which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal.
Consumer: A natural person not acting for commercial purposes who concludes a distance contract with a trader.
Day: Calendar day.
Long-Term Transaction: A distance contract relating to a series of products and/or services whose delivery and/or purchase obligations extend over time.
Durable Medium: Any means that enables the consumer or trader to store information in a way that allows future access and unchanged reproduction.
Right of Withdrawal: The possibility for the consumer to withdraw from the distance contract during the withdrawal period.
Trader: A natural or legal person offering products and/or services to consumers at a distance.
Distance Contract: A contract concluded within a system organised by the trader for selling goods and/or services at a distance, using exclusively one or more means of distance communication, until the contract is concluded.
Means of Distance Communication: Means that can be used to conclude a contract without the consumer and trader being physically present at the same time.
General Terms and Conditions: The current general terms and conditions of the trader.

For product purchases, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period begins the day after receipt of the product.

Refunds are made within 14 days after notification of withdrawal, provided the product has been returned or proof of return is supplied.

The right of withdrawal cannot apply to:
Custom-made products or personalised goods
Goods that cannot be returned due to their nature
Goods that may deteriorate quickly or expire

Hygiene products once unsealed and damaged
For services, the right of withdrawal may not apply if the service has started with explicit consumer consent before the withdrawal period has expired.

Cedar-Wear guarantees that products/services comply with the contract, description, reasonable safety and usability requirements, and applicable laws. Warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorised repairs, abnormal conditions, etc.
Orders will be executed with due care. Delivery address is as provided by the consumer.
Orders must be fulfilled within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. If delivery is delayed, the consumer may cancel the order without cost.
Risk of damage/loss transfers to the consumer upon delivery.

Payment is due within 7 business days unless otherwise agreed. Errors in payment info must be corrected immediately. Non-payment may lead to reasonable costs charged to the consumer.
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days after discovery of defects. Cedar-Wear will respond within 14 days. If more time is needed, the consumer will be informed.
If no solution is found, mediation may follow.
Contracts governed by these terms are subject exclusively to Dutch law, even if the consumer resides abroad.
Some products/services may only be available online and in limited quantities. Returns/exchanges are subject to our return policy.
Discount codes offered for size-related exchanges are non-refundable.
Cedar-Wear is not liable for variations in colours or minor size deviations (3–7 cm for clothing, 1 cm for shoes).
Delivery failures, incorrect addresses, lost packages, reshipment policies, and exclusions for hygiene products are detailed in this section.
